Regione Puglia invites Slow Food Vancouver Members to taste the delights of the Italy’s Apulia Region with Chef Frank Abbinante and Producers from Puglia, Italy.
Taste gourmet cheeses, vinegars, delicious pasta, and authentic olive oil from the ancient olive groves of the Apulia region.
The Food Capital of Italy, Puglia, produces nearly half of Italy’s olive oil, and a large percentage of the country’s wine, agricultural livestock and crops. The people of Puglia take great pride in eating and shopping local.
EAT! Vancouver Festival Admission Ticket can be purchased (cash only) through the Regione Puglia Representative at the show site at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 25th, 2013. The regular ticket price is $14 online and $16 at show site.
